Just for Christmas

This was so much fun and fast to do. I bought the crazy eight turn overs and just started sewing. I will finish it up at my mother n laws with her fancy quilting machine. It is going to be a tree skirt. This table runner was made using the moda charm packs! My mother in law has a wonderful commercial quilting machine that I got to use for the first time! It's amazing and you will see a lot more finished projects from me.

Stars around Town quilt

This is what I have been busy doing. Each block is a combination of paper piecing and applique...

It is so much fun I just can't wait to get it all done.

And what are going surround all these blocks are these primitive stars, they are also paper pieced.

Halloween

Georgie was Goldie Locks! Zuko was a pumpkin but he won't move when we put him in it so it came off. All the cousins met up at Nana's house. Carley as a cheerleader, Chloes was Minnie Mouse and Lijah was a Spider!

Here they are right after eating a whole bunch of candy and right before the sugar high....

This is the result of too much sugar!! haha, they went crazy! Looks like Carley is unconcious! They had so much fun, it was too funny to watch them!
